Job Overview

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Highways Supervisor to manage and coordinate road infrastructure projects in the South East region. As a key member of our team, you will oversee site activities, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site inductions and maintain accurate records of site activities.
  • Conduct daily site briefings, facilitating communication among contractors and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate contractors' method statements and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the highways sector, with experience in asset management, network operations, and scheme delivery on high-speed roads. They should also demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus benefits package including pension scheme and annual leave.
