Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Highways Supervisor to join our team in the South East region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various high-speed road projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and collaborating with contractors, local authorities, and emergency services.

About the Role
  • Conduct site inductions and record keeping, maintaining accurate records of site activities.
  • Facilitate daily site briefings, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Evaluate contractors' method statements and risk assessments, monitoring their adherence to safety protocols.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the highways sector, with knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery on high-speed roads. They will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and be computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the highways sector, including asset management and network operations.
  • General knowledge of scheme delivery on high-speed roads.
  • CSCS and SSSTS certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary: £25,600 - £31,200 per annum (based on 20 hours per week), depending on experience.
