Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Highways Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site inductions are carried out and recorded, conducting daily site briefings, and monitoring contractors' method statements and risk assessments.

You will also be required to carry out inspection, testing, and sampling to verify compliance within the contract, collect and collate all necessary data for the measurement of KPIs, and liaise with area managers and roads space manager regarding coordination and integration of works.

In addition, you will assist with the management and administration of construction works in accordance with the contract, provide assistance with monitoring progress of site works, and assist with the production of quality plans and adherence to procedures.

  • General knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery on high-speed roads
  • Experience with asset management
  • Effective communicator

  • Computer literate, Word/Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • CSCS and SSSTS
