Senior Water Infrastructure Project Lead

Melior Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a major water-related construction project near Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role and deliver exceptional results.
About the Role:
- Manage a water-related construction project from start to finish, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Significant experience in water and civils project management, including project delivery, supply chain management, and local authority liaison.
- Knowledge of construction contract law and its application in project management.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension contribution, birthday day off, and professional development budget.
