We are seeking an ambitious Engineering Manager to lead our infrastructure development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the infrastructure of our developments, including highways, drainage, foundations, and retaining walls.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of technical experts to ensure a smooth development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality information to enable efficient site starts, managing consultants, and coordinating relationships with utility companies and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage external consultant engineering teams
  • Manage consultants in road, sewer, levels, cut, and fill designs
  • Provide support to land and planning teams
  • Coordinate and manage key relationships with utility companies and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in housebuilding industry civil engineering issues
  • Proven ability to drive highway and drainage adoptions
  • Civil Engineering-related qualification, degree, or equivalent
  • Highly proficient use of AutoCAD and Civil Engineering design packages
