Senior Community Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Community Program Manager to join our team at Hartford Care Group Limited.
This is a full-time position working 32 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. As a Senior Community Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing stimulating and meaningful activities for our residents, tailored to their individual skills, hobbies, and interests.
The aim of this role is to improve the quality of life and promote the privacy, dignity, and independence of our residents. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering activity programs that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical exercise;
- Collaborating with care staff to understand resident preferences and abilities;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations and external agencies to access resources and opportunities;
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of activity programs and making recommendations for improvement;
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult education principles and practices, as well as experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and creativity. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. If you are passionate about improving the lives of older adults and have a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
