Marketing Support Specialist

As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain our website, conduct keyword research, and analyze Google Analytics to optimize our online presence.
You will also be responsible for creating engaging content, conducting market research, and producing promotional materials to showcase our products and services. Additionally, you will assist with customer inquiries, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare quotations.
We require a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience in social media, HTML, SEO, and CSS. If you are a quick learner and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Tasks:
- Maintain our website with accurate and up-to-date product information
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analyze Google Analytics data
- Support the development and maintenance of our website's front-end and back-end
- Create compelling content for our blog and social media channels
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Design and produce promotional materials to showcase our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
- Prepare detailed quotations for customers
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging product videos
- Process sales orders and manage website orders efficiently
- Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent PC/IT skills
- Knowledge of HTML, SEO, and CSS (advantageous)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flair for creative writing and storytelling
- Experience with social media marketing and management
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Compensation Package: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
