Financial Operations Coordinator

Speth Zerspanung is seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their team in New Milton. As an accounting professional, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including data entry, payroll processing, credit control, and reconciliations. You will also assist with the preparation of monthly and year-end accounts, and perform general office accounts administration.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Data entry of financial transactions
- Payroll processing and staff holiday records
- Credit control and monthly payments preparation
- Supplier and bank reconciliations
- General office accounts administration
Working Hours
The working hours for this role are 5 hours per week, ideally Monday & Thursday 8am – 3pm. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility and a good work-life balance.
