We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in Australia.

As a Vehicle Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations. You will prepare reports on aged debtors and monitor overdue accounts, collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate collections, and assist with month-end close processes and other ad-hoc financial tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have experience with financial software and systems, and be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
