Job Title: Accounts & Accounts Receivable Assistant
We are recruiting an experienced Accounts & Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client's team in New Milton. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within the building and construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire accounts receivable lifecycle, ensuring timely collections and minimal outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates on accounts receivable status and contribute to cash flow management.
Requirements
- Experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within the building and construction industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
