Resident Experience Specialist

Hartford Care Group Limited is a leading provider of care services, committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Resident Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and experience.
This is a full-time position working 32 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of our residents. This may include accompanying residents on outings, leading exercise classes, or reminiscing with residents about their childhood holidays.
We are looking for someone who is organized, sociable, and enjoys leading and organizing activities. You should be able to demonstrate a flexible and hardworking attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team.
