Activities Coordinator

Hartford Care Group Limited is currently seeking a Activities Coordinator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing stimulating and meaningful activities for our residents, taking into account individual skills, hobbies, and interests. This role aims to improve the quality of life while promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity, and independence.
This is a full-time position working 32 hours per week including weekdays and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity programs tailored to individual needs and preferences
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
