**Job Summary**
As an Activities Coordinator at Hartford Care, you will play a vital role in creating a happy and caring atmosphere for our residents. This full-time position involves leading and organizing activities that cater to individual needs, skills, and interests.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Accompany residents on outings and provide support during events
- Lead chair exercise classes, arts and crafts sessions, and other activities tailored to resident interests
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
**Requirements**
- No previous experience required; we offer comprehensive training
- Organizational, sociable, active, and caring attitude
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a dedicated team
