About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can lead our Day Care team with confidence and expertise. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating staff members, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate staff members to provide high-quality care and support
  • Supervise and coordinate care activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
  • Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
