Home Care Assistant Leader

We are seeking an experienced and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Hartford Care Group Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with daily living activities, promote their independence, and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Assist residents with meal preparation and serving
- Engage residents in recreational activities and social events
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
What We Offer:
- A salary of £21,875 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of the £2,000 attraction payment

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in adult care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
