Job Description

As a Home Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalised support and companionship to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with our clients and their families. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to help others and embody the values of Home Instead Senior Care. A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential requirements for this role.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalised care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Supporting clients with mobility exercises and promoting a healthy lifestyle
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
