Opportunity Overview

Willing Care Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Residential Rehabilitation Leader to lead our specialist residential centre in delivering exceptional care and support to service users with brain injuries.

This collaborative environment offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support workers, to help residents address their cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional challenges and achieve their personal goals.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of treatment and care while inspiring and developing their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Management: Oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation service, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and support staff to create individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and financial systems to ensure the service operates efficiently and sustainably.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor care plans and interventions, ensuring a person-centred approach to support independence-building.
About This Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-quality residential or rehabilitation services, holding a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. A proven ability to inspire and develop teams, coupled with excellent leadership skills, is essential for this role.
