Sales Performance Leader

We are seeking a driven Sales Performance Leader to oversee daily operations of residential sales in our Iver Branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting team meetings, ensuring compliance with company standards and current legislation, and identifying buyers and sellers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of residential sales
- Conducting team meetings and ensuring compliance with company standards and current legislation
- Identifying buyers and sellers, securing viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of recent estate agency experience, with 2-3 years at Senior Negotiator level. Proven knowledge of sales progression, valuations, and residential sales legislation is essential. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are also required.
A salary of £27,000 to £30,000 (OTE £60,000) with commission ranging from 5-10% depending on sales and take-ons is on offer, making this an excellent opportunity for those passionate about property sales.
