Sales Talent Limited is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia, and we are seeking a talented Telesales Executive to join our high-performing team.
The successful candidate will focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), engaging with pre-qualified leads and delivering exceptional value. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to excel in this role.
**Job Description:**
As a Telecommunications Business Developer, your primary responsibility will be to work with pre-qualified leads, closing sales and delivering exceptional value to clients. Your conversational skills will help build trust and credibility with clients, turning those interactions into valuable business relationships.
You will receive comprehensive training on both the products you'll be selling and proven sales techniques to help you succeed. Your income will grow as you succeed, making your financial rewards directly tied to your efforts and achievements.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A clear, confident telephone voice
- The ability to deliver a written script in a natural and engaging manner
- Confidence speaking with high-net-worth individuals
- The willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
**What We Offer:**
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per year, plus unlimited uncapped commissions. You will also receive:
