About the Role:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team at CreatePay as a Regional Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to drive growth and success in a dynamic environment.



As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers, promoting sales success across the team and achieving sales targets with uncapped commission potential (OTE £100k). You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders in your territory, staying informed on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our own products to provide clients with expert advice.



Responsibilities:


  • Drive Sales Growth: Promote sales success across the team and achieve sales targets
  • Lead and Inspire: Lead a team of Area Sales Managers, providing coaching and guidance to help them meet and exceed their KPIs
  • Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders in your territory
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our own products
  • Conduct Joint Visits: Conduct joint visits with your team to provide hands-on coaching and skill development
  • Meet Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:




  • Proven Success: In managing and growing a sales team
  • Field Sales Experience: In a sales management role, with experience in field sales and B2B sales
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Self-Motivated: Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid Driver's License: And willingness to travel within the designated territory
  • Payments Experience: Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus
