About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Area Sales Representative team in developing and executing sales strategies that drive profitable growth within their designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the hire and construction industries, and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Lead, develop, and manage the performance of the Area Sales Representative team
  • Conduct regular KPI meetings and joint customer service visits
  • Monitor and improve sales systems and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the hire and construction industries
  • Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • A driving licence and flexible approach to work due to regular travel
