Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our specialist residential centre, providing rehabilitation services for individuals with brain injuries. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the service, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong record of managing high-quality residential or rehabilitation services, with experience in team leadership and financial management. A person-centred approach is essential, prioritising the needs and aspirations of individuals. The salary for this role is up to £36,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Management: Oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation service, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and support staff to create individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and financial systems to ensure the service operates efficiently and sustainably.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor care plans and interventions, ensuring a person-centred approach to support independence-building.
Requirements:
  • Registered Manager: Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Proven Experience: A strong record of managing high-quality residential or rehabilitation services.
  • Person-Centred Approach: A commitment to delivering independence-building services that prioritise the needs and aspirations of individuals.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets and financial systems effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: An experienced people leader with a track record of developing teams and managing performance.
