We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EBD Residential Lead to join our team at Siamo Group Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and Management: Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that all aspects of care delivery meet the highest standards.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Working closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that all service users receive personalized support and care.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Providing regular supervision and coaching to care staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensuring that all aspects of care delivery meet regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a residential care setting.
  • An excellent understanding of the principles of child development and psychology.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The salary for this role is £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

Please note that this is not a flexible hours role and you will be required to work 40 hours per week.
