We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team in Croydon, Greater London. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring the best care plans are created and delivered for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise your shift, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Case manage residents, liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective care planning.
  • Administer and record medication, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop services, driving excellence and innovation in care delivery.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and IT skills, with the ability to allocate and delegate work effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others, promoting a positive work culture.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to undergo training.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
