Day Care Team Lead

Hartford Care is a leading provider of high-quality care services, and we are seeking an experienced Day Care Team Lead to join our team.
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual who can lead our day care team with confidence and expertise. As a Day Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating staff members, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff members to provide high-quality care and support
- Supervise and coordinate care activities to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
- Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
