Senior Care Assistant Role Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a residential setting. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant in residential care and hold an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised care and support to residents during the day time, promoting their privacy, dignity, and independence.
  • Supervise and lead shifts, ensuring a happy and caring atmosphere is maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional care services.

  • Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
