About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Extra Care Support Worker to join our team in New Milton. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs. You will work closely with other colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in our Extra Care Scheme
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care and household tasks
  • Identify new opportunities for integration, participation, and inclusion
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
  • At least 6 months' experience in a care or social care setting
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or higher) preferred
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure required

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 6 weeks paid holiday, excellent Refer a Friend bonus scheme, and access to a free Blue Light Card.
