We are excited to announce new opportunities for a Support Worker to join our team at Wooldridge View, our latest Extra Care Scheme in New Milton.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and passion to provide support and care to residents, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
This role includes shifts of 07:00 to 14:00 and 16:00-21:00, with long day shifts available.
About this Role
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support and enabling them to maintain their independence.
You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, managing medications, and promoting overall well-being.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities.
