As a Positive Behaviour Support Lead, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides essential support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing positive behaviour plans, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues, and contributing to the overall well-being of the people we support.
Main Duties:- Create and maintain positive behaviour plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide regular supervision and coaching to Support Workers
- Collaborate with Service Managers to develop and implement new strategies
- Engage with local communities and partners to enhance support provision
