Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to support students with behavioural difficulties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support students in the classroom, promoting their inclusion and engagement.
  • Develop and implement individualised interventions to address challenging behaviours.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive support plans in collaboration with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.
  • Regularly monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying student needs and support diverse teaching approaches.
  • Up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registration.
