Fernhill Court is a supportive community for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Our residents live in self-contained flats with shared communal spaces for socialising and activities.

We're looking for an experienced Behavioural Support Team Manager to lead our team and develop support plans that promote positive behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement support plans to encourage positive behavioural outcomes
  • Collaborate with professionals to achieve shared goals and improve services
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality support and care

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in leading teams and developing support plans. A strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles is essential.
