About the Role:
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor to join our team at an Alternative Provision school in New Milton. The school caters for secondary age pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to pupils in the classroom and with their social and emotional development.
- Work with pupils who have SEND/SEMH and challenging behaviour.
- Offer a passion for the progress of pupils and a commitment to their well-being.
