Adult Learning Disability Support Co-ordinator

Fernhill Court is seeking an experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Co-ordinator to join our team at Fitzroy Support.

This role involves working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour support plans that promote positive outcomes for our service users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of positive behavioural supports and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and service users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop behaviour support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records of service user progress and behaviour
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on positive behavioural supports
  • Contribute to policy development related to behaviour support

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum
