We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our New Milton team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work independently while receiving full support from our experienced team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch care and companionship to our clients, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences
  • Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social events
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness


Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role or field is desirable but not necessary. We value individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with our clients. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required for some positions.
