We are seeking a Compassionate Learning Facilitator to join our Alternative Provision school in New Milton and work with students who require tailored educational approaches.
Key Job Duties:- Deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual pupils' needs and promote positive relationships within the classroom.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure holistic development of students.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt learning approaches as needed.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Experience in Alternative Provision or SEN settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
- The successful candidate should possess resilience, patience, and creativity when supporting diverse student needs.
- A valid driving license and reliable transport are necessary for the role.
- A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications: £48,000 per year.
