Smile Dental Care is a highly regarded dental practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team.
This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient comfort.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care by working closely with our dentists, providing chairside support, and assisting with procedures.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records are maintained, facilitating efficient communication between healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment, adhering to rigorous health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing reassurance.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked dental surgery environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Monitor patient comfort during procedures and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate with our dental team to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements
- Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
- A compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Qualifications and Experience
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred).
- Dental Nursing: 1 year (required).
