Care Assistant

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing them with the highest standard of care and support.
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, working closely with our clinical team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. You'll be responsible for supporting our residents with daily living tasks, assisting with medication, and helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
This is a Bank position, providing cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave. The hours and days you work will vary, but you'll have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.
