Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Health Care Assistant. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting residents with daily living tasks, administering medication, and participating in activities designed to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Participating in activities designed to promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for caring for others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and infection control protocols.
