**Key Responsibilities**

  • Foster a supportive and structured environment, promoting independence, communication, and social interaction for children with ASC

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrable experience working with children with Autistic Spectrum Condition, preferably within a school or childcare setting
  • Knowledge of effective strategies and interventions to support children with ASC in a learning environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient, compassionate approach
