Special Needs Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Special Needs Education Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel.
This role involves supporting students with diverse needs in a variety of settings, including SEN schools in the New Milton area.
The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification, with experience in Alternative Provision or SEN settings being desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with complex requirements.
- Develop positive relationships with pupils, fostering a safe and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to each pupil's development.
- A strong background in education, preferably with experience in SEN settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.
- Resilience, patience, and creativity in supporting students with diverse needs.
- A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum.
