**Teaching Assistant - SEN Provision Job Description:**
GSL Education in Southampton seeks a skilled Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering education to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement inclusive lesson plans.
- Assist with setting up the classroom and preparing materials for lessons.
**Requirements:**
- Desirable experience in teaching, sports coaching, nursing background, support work or healthcare, youth work, or working with challenging behavior.
- DBS registration or willingness to apply is required.
**Salary and Benefits:**
- A salary of approximately £19,500 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full-time position preferred, but part-time applicants may still apply.
