Residential Support Worker

Hunts Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join their team in a residential child care setting near Totton.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting young people with additional behaviours, previous trauma and/or abuse as well as emotional needs. The role involves contributing to providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable individuals.
Key responsibilities include:
- To contribute and participate in providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable people.
- To help provide a therapeutic environment for service users to develop and enjoy their lives.
Salary: £24,000 - £30,780 per annum. Benefits include:
- A thorough onboarding and training programme.
- 30 days holiday per year.
- Ongoing career development opportunities.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week plus 1-2 sleep ins. Weekend working follows a rolling rota.
