We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a high-needs SEND school located in the New Forest. Salary Details

The estimated salary for this role is £12.90 per hour (National Living Wage), which reflects the importance of this position in supporting pupils with higher needs and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Providing one-to-one support to pupils with higher needs and challenging behaviour;
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized plans;
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment;
