As a Teaching Assistant with SEMH expertise, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies, including positive reinforcement and restorative practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.
