Therapeutic Support Professional

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Professional to join their team. This rewarding role involves working with vulnerable young people in a Therapeutic Children's Home setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting, preferably with SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, or children's social care. However, full training will be provided for the right individual.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of the children are met. You will also need to demonstrate positive attitude, empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will benefit from a fully funded industry-accredited training program, which offers specialist training in managing behaviors such as Trauma, Sexual Exploitation, and Attachment Disorders, alongside a Diploma Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
