Job RequirementsCare Assistant Role: We're looking for a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Kingfishers in New Milton, Hampshire. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily activities and tasks
- Maintaining resident records and reports
- Working collaboratively with the nursing team
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £12.00 - £14.32 per hour, depending on experience. You'll also receive paid breaks, complimentary meals, and opportunities for career progression within the company.
