Support Worker in Residential Care

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to join our residential care team at Heywood Sumner House, supporting 12 male residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
As an adult support and care professional, you will provide person-centered care, promoting the well-being and confidence of our residents through purposeful daily activities based on their individual preferences. You will work collaboratively as part of our close-knit community, built on trust and unconditional care.
What We Offer
