Residential Care Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Care Manager in Sway Place, a luxurious care home located in the heart of New Forest National Park.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing care teams, administering medication, and developing effective care plans. A good understanding of care planning processes and NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising care teams to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Administering and recording medication safely and accurately
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus benefits such as career development opportunities, bank holiday pay enhancements, and access to hundreds of online discounts.
