We offer a competitive salary of £13,770 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week), plus company benefits.
\Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Night Care Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of our residents during the night shift, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe and supported.
You will work closely with our nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality care and make decisions that benefit our residents.
