Job Title: Academic Care Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Academic Care Coordinator in Sway Place, a luxurious care home located in the heart of New Forest National Park.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and supervising care teams, administering medication, and creating effective care plans. A good understanding of care planning processes and NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising care teams to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Administering and recording medication safely and accurately
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary and Benefits
